CrossPoint Church of God is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led church located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. We are a diverse and growing community of believers committed to honoring Jesus Christ with integrity, passion, and excellence in everything we do.

Our heart is to create a place where people of every generation and background can encounter God, experience authentic community, and grow in their faith. Through vibrant worship, the teaching of God’s Word, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, we seek to live out the love of Christ in practical and powerful ways.

When Are the Services?

We would love for you to join us as we gather throughout the week to worship, grow, and encourage one another. On Sundays, we offer two worship services at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM, with Sunday School at 10:00 AM for all ages in between the services. Sunday School is a wonderful time for deeper Bible study and meaningful connection with others.

We also meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00PM for prayer and then at 7:00 PM for Midweek Service, a midweek time to refocus, grow in God’s Word, and be encouraged for the rest of the week.

What Should I Wear?

At CrossPoint, there is no dress code—just come as you are. Some people prefer to dress casually, while others enjoy dressing up a bit. What matters most to us is that you feel comfortable and welcomed. Our focus is on worshiping God together and building genuine relationships.

What Happens When I Arrive?

From the moment you walk through the doors, you will be greeted by friendly faces who are happy you’re here. Our team is always available to help answer questions and guide you wherever you need to go.

Before the service begins, feel free to stop by the lobby and enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut on us while you take a few moments to relax and meet others. As the service time approaches, you’ll see a short countdown that lets everyone know it’s time to find a seat so we can begin together.

What Is Service Like?

Our services are designed to be uplifting, meaningful, and centered on God’s Word. We begin with passionate praise and worship, creating a space where we can focus our hearts on God together.

During the service, we’ll share a few updates about what’s happening in the life of the church, receive our tithes and offerings, and hear an encouraging message from the Bible that speaks to real life. We close each service with an opportunity to respond to God through worship and prayer.

What About My Kids?

We love families, and your children are important to us! Our CP Kidz ministry provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn about Jesus in a way that connects with them. Feel free to stop by the Kidz Zone.

A great next step for getting connected at CrossPoint is the New Members Class and the Next Steps Class. You’ll learn about the heart, vision, and story of our church while discovering how your gifts and passions can be used in ministry.
